Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of x777g is lawful in their jurisdiction. Pakistani users specifically must understand that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities within Pakistan. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the x777g platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accumulated across them, subject to the return of net deposits.
Accounts, balances, and bonus entitlements are non-transferable. Users may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account or any balance therein to any third party.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and any other fields required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
x777g may request identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable forms of identification typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
The Operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations or where deposit or withdrawal volumes warrant verification. This is a standard regulatory requirement, not an indication of wrongdoing.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. x777g will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised account access must be reported to support immediately at [email protected]. x777g will not be liable for losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. x777g makes no representation that any particular payment method will be available at any given time. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from an account held in the User's own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier. The Operator reserves the right to apply standard processing times which may vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain unmet, unless the User elects to forfeit any outstanding bonus balance.
Where a deposit bonus has been credited and accepted, withdrawals may be subject to the associated wagering requirement being met in full. If a User wishes to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to bonus attachment are not restricted by wagering conditions.
Transactions may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Where currency conversion applies, rates are determined at the time of the transaction and are subject to fluctuation.
All promotional offers made by x777g are subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum bonus amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of PKR 30,000 to be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category are listed in the individual promotion terms.
Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Users as specified in the promotion. New player welcome offers are available once per household, device, and IP address. The Operator reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its reasonable discretion and to decline bonus claims where abuse or policy circumvention is suspected.
Users who exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — may have bonuses voided and resulting balances restricted. Identification of systematic bonus abuse may result in account review.
Games and betting markets available on x777g are subject to change without prior notice. The Operator does not guarantee that any particular game, market, or event will be continuously available. Scheduled events may be suspended, postponed, or cancelled at the operator's discretion or due to circumstances beyond its control.
All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. In the case of sports betting, results are generally settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant period of play. For cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC World Cup fixtures and Pakistan national team matches — standard cricket betting rules apply and are published in the sports rules section of the platform.
In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to restore game state to the most recent validated position. The Operator's decision in respect of game outcomes following a technical fault is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
Minimum and maximum bet or stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the relevant game interface or market. The Operator reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Users where risk management considerations apply.

Users who do not accept a proposed amendment may close their Account and withdraw any available real-money balance prior to the amendment taking effect. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising between x777g and a User that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
